The server address is ftp.colorfolio.com (do not enter http or www). The username will be your name (lastnamefirstname, no spaces, all lowercase, eg. "doejohn" for "John Doe").

Windows users can enter ftp.colorfolio.com into the address bar of Internet Explorer and drag and drop files into the empty browser window after logging in. Mac users should use a FTP client such as Fetch or Cyberduck to transfer files. Once your upload is complete, please refer to our ordering by email page for information on placing orders via email. You must notify us when files have completed uploading for us to begin processing your order.
