Payment

Color Folio workshops are limited in size to no more than three students. This ensures that everyone receives maximum personal attention and hands on experience. It also means that class space can fill quickly and that your commitment to the class is important.

In order to reserve a place in one of our workshops, payment in full is required 30 days in advance of the class. After that date, no refunds can be given under any circumstances.

Payment for the workshop includes all scanning and printing (see course descriptions for specifics) but does not include meals. Coffee and pastries are provided in the morning and lunches can be brought in. Payment for lunches is the responsibility of the workshop participant.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your participation in the workshop, you will receive in full any balance paid up to 30 days prior to the workshop. After 30 days before the workshop, no refunds can be given.

If Color Folio has to cancel the workshop for some reason, you will be notified immediately and receive in full any amount paid to date for the event. We will attempt to work with you to reschedule or place you in another workshop. If traveling by air, it is advisable to purchase refundable airline tickets. Color Folio will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of cancellation of the workshop.

Color Folio is not responsible for interruptions or cancellations of workshops due to events beyond our control, acts of god, power failures, etc.

If you will be traveling from out of town and need information about local accomodations, please let us know and we will provide you with a list of recommendations.
